The websites (https://www.ayodhyatra.live) and the mobile application on Android and iOS platforms, known as 'Ayodhyatra' (together, the "Platform"), are owned and operated by 1Play Global India Digital Private Limited ("1Play India"), a private company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at E1-407, Kailas Esplanade, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai-400086, Maharashtra, India. 1 Play India is a subsidiary of 1 Play Global Pte. Ltd., a private company incorporated in Singapore. The terms "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to 1Play India and includes any of our parent company, affiliates, associates, assignees, or successors-in-interest, as determined by us at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you. By using our Platform, you agree to abide by this Privacy Policy. This document governs your use of our services and outlines how we handle your data. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 Key Terms

Data retention: Data retention is the process of storing the Personal Information and/or Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data that is kept safe and available for intended use for a specified time period to comply with laws, support business needs, providing Services and other allied services and enable data-driven insights, while complying with privacy and data protection laws.

Digitized Personal Information and/or Personal Data: Personal Information and/or Personal Data in digital form.

Sensitive Personal Data: Sensitive personal data or information of a person means such personal information which consists of information relating to –

  2. financial information such as Bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details;
  3. Aadhar Card details;
  4. physical, physiological and mental health condition;
  5. sexual orientation;
  6. medical records and history;
  7. Biometric information;
  8. any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to body corporate for providing service; and
  9. any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise.
  • Any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Sensitive Personal Data or information for the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

Third-Party Data: Information from external social media accounts (e.g., Google, Facebook) and/or your contact list and number when used to log in. We will always require your permission to access your contact list and you hold the right to deny us this access.

Usage Data: Automatically collected details such as IP address, browser type, device information, and time spent on the Platform.

1.2 Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Eligibility

All individuals who are eligible as identified and defined in the Terms of Use may access the Platform. Likewise, minors are not permitted to register or use the Platform, Services or any other products offered by the Platform and/or 1 Play India, except as identified and strictly in accordance with permitted manner included in the Terms of Use.

2.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Not misuse the Platform by transmitting harmful software, interfering with other users, or violating applicable laws.
  • Comply with this Privacy Policy and any additional rules set forth by the Platform.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur on or through your account. To protect your account, keep your password confidential. Do not reuse your account password with other services. The Platform may use the Personal Information and/or Personal Data and the Sensitive Personal Data provided by you (and updated from time to time by you,) in the following ways:

  • Process payments and complete transactions to enable you to enjoy the Services.
  • Send updates, promotional offers, and security notifications (opt-out available) to enable you to enjoy the Services.
  • Improve the Platform through analysis and feedback to enable you to enjoy the Services.

  • To enforce the 1 Play India / Company's Terms of Use and these Privacy Policy.

  • Government authorities and law enforcement officials ("Authorities"), partners, vendors and/or affiliates: When required by law.
  • Service Providers: For delivering and updating about the current and future Services or analyzing usage.
  • Affiliates and Partners: For operational purposes.
  • Business Transfers: In case of mergers or acquisitions.
  • We will ask for your explicit consent to share any Personal Information and/or Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data at the point of booking a Service.

The Platform has put in place necessary security practices and procedures to safeguard and secure such Personal Information and/or Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data in the following matter:

  • That it is retained as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above and as permitted by applicable law.

  • In the event you make any payments through the Platform, we will not store any payment or card-related information which you may provide in the course of making such payments, such as card number, account number, validity date, expiry date or CVV number.
  • Your Sensitive Personal Data shall not be used or shared for marketing purposes, unless the customer has specifically authorized it.
  • It shall erase the same, once you withdraw your consent or as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the Service(s) opted by you has(ve) been completed with no outstanding claim(s), is no longer necessary, whichever is earlier with no further recourse.
  • You shall have the right to make a request, in such manner as may be prescribed, to the Platform for erasure of one or more the information provided by you, and upon receipt of such a request, the Platform shall erase the same unless retention of the same is necessary for the specified purpose or for compliance with any law for the time being in force, with no further recourse.

4. Payment

All Services require upfront payment. Fees may be subject to periodic review and modification. Additional charges by network providers for data usage may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

The same terms as contained in the Terms of Use shall be applicable and read as a part and parcel of this Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Links

This Platform may contain links which may lead you to other Websites. Please note that once you leave the Platform you will be subjected to the privacy policy of such other websites specifically in relation to the Personal Information and/or Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data. The linked websites are not necessarily under the control of the Platform. Please be aware that the Platform is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked to the Platform, you do this entirely at your own risk.
